Hot Baby Deals at Rite Aid This Week

playtex sippy cups at rite aid

Michael wanted to assist in showing you what a fabulous deal Mommy got on baby deals today at Rite Aid!  This week in the Rite Aid ad there is a $4 coupon for Playtex and I used it for sippy cups but there were other Playtex items you could use it on it you need pacifiers or something else. That $4 coupon will stack with the $2 Playtex coupon that will be emailed to you when you sign up for Playtex Baby HERE.  There is also a deal on Pampers to cash in on!

Here are the 3 types of sippy cups I bought.  Now I didn’t factor in the 10% I get for using my Wellness card when I did the math but if you are a 20% discount person you are getting an even sweeter deal!  Keep in mind that I only found stage 1 sippy cups in pink.  :(

Playtex Stage 1 Cup $5.99
- 10% off for Wellness Card (-.60) = $5.39
- $4 in ad coupon = $1.39

Playtex Pooh Cup $4.99
- 10% off for Wellness Card (-.50) = $4.39
-$4 in ad coupon = .39

Playtex Mickey Cup $6.29
-10% off for Wellness Card (-.63) = $5.66
-$4 in ad coupon = $1.66

So those are great prices even without the $2 printable coupon right?!  But you can get an even better deal if you play your cards right!

Buy a $4.99 cup
Buy a $6.29 cup
- 1.13 for Wellness discount
-$8 for 2 in ad coupons
- $2 printable
= .15 for TWO CUPS!!!

Since you get 2 prints per Playtex Baby account you will get to get 4 cups total.  I had no issues at all using 2 of the in ad coupons in one order and I went to 3 different Rite Aids this morning.

Buy 3 Pampers Jumbo Packs $29.97
Use (3) $1.50 printables HERE or HERE
or Use the $2 coupon in the P&G Brand Saver sample kit
=$24.97 oop

Get back $10 for buying $30 in P&G items
Get back $5 for buying $25 in baby items (ends 3/6)

=$9.97 for 3 packs or $3.32 each!

DaMory Diapers Review

DaMory Diapers

I sure was nervous to start using a cloth diaper when DaMory Diapers contacted me!  I was excited because of the savings potential and nervous because I had no idea what I was doing. Someone on my Facebook page mentioned I should pre wash them  try help prevent leaking so that is where I started.

I will say upfront that I cheated for my first time using this kind of diaper too!  I put the cloth diaper on him after his daily poop so I knew he wouldn’t poop in it.  Baby steps here!

Someone gave me a tip and said he could leak at the legs if I didn’t make sure everything was positioned right.  It looked like a good seal to me and he is pretty mobile so I wanted to be sure.

It really looked great on him to me.  Almost as great as his rolls.  :)

This was the only part that I was nervous about once I got them on him.  Their size medium goes to 25 pounds and Michael was 22.5 at his 6 month appointment.  I was nervous about this gap at the top and him leaking through the top while crawling around.

Our first try through me for a loop since I am a total beginner!  An hour after I put it on him he was all wet! Hmm… that didn’t seem correct until I realized I hadn’t requested an All in One (AIO).  I was sent a flannel fitted diaper and those don’t automatically come with the waterproof cover but they do have the soaker pad sewn into them.

My overall opinion is that I could do this!  The diapers are just as easy to put on as disposables because they have the Velcro on them.  They are priced great and I can see where the savings comes into play very easily.  I LOVED the soaker pad sewn into the diaper already.  I think we just might cloth diaper our second child  because DaMory made it pretty easy!

Diaper Prices

  • AIO Solid Color Diapers — $15.00

I received this diaper in order to facilitate my review.  All opinions are 100% my own.

$3 Jumbo Packs of Huggies Santa Diapers!

120911_EM_BRU_Huggies_SantaDiaper_16

OK, I got the email last night saying Babies R Us was going to have $5 Huggies Santa Diapers.  So my girlfriend, Sam, went to BRU first thing this morning and they were already all sold out.  So my plan is to go to Walmart for a price match (whenever the baby decides it is OK for Mommy to go to the store) and hopefully they have them in stock.

The deal is as follows:

Jumbo Pack $5
Use $2 coupon from 11/20 SS
Final Price $3

BUT if you strike out at BRU and Walmart then you can get $5 packs online which is still a good deal.  If you are shopping online your deal will look like such:

Sign up for a FREE Shoprunner membership
Sign up for ShopatHome or Ebates and shop through there
Buy $5 jumbo packs online
FREE s/h with Shoprunner
Earn 1% cash back with Ebates or ShopatHome

Good luck finding them!

Walgreens Cottonelle Deal & Diapers

Here are my favorite deals at Walgreens this week.  You can see the full ad through this link.

Shopping tips:

    • Walgreens has a program called Register Rewards, RR.  These rewards print out at the end of your transaction and can be used on future purchases.  RRs are viewed as a coupon to the register and you are only allowed one coupon per item in your transaction.  You will want to add a small item to your purchase to prevent the beeping of the register.  You can always find .33 candies at the register if need be.
    • You are not able to ‘roll’ RRs from one deal into another of the same.  For example: if I get $4 RR for buying a razor I would not want to use that RR coupon on another purchase of a razor.  If I do that another RR coupon for $4 WILL NOT print out.  It is always beneficial to stagger transactions if you want multiple items (buy a razor in the first then buy another RR deal in the second and so on)
    • You are allowed to stack Walgreen’s coupons with manufacturer coupons.  You also will only need to give them one Walgreen’s coupon per transaction and it will take of the coupon value for each of the items in your transaction.  So if I am buying 4 packs of diapers and I have a $2 coupon it would deduct $8 on this order.

I just wanted to highlight two deals at Walgreens this week because diapers and toilet paper are rarely on sale enough to mention.  Really this is the perfect post for any pregnant woman because you pee a ton and need to stock up on diapers!  :)

2 Cottonelle Ultra packs $10
Use $1 Walgreens coupon book coupon (-$2)
Stack with .75 from 9/11 SS
OOP $6.50
Get back $3 RR
Final Total $3.50 for two!

Huggies Jumbo Pack $9.49
Use $2 coupon mailer
OOP $7.49
Get back $2.50 RR
Final Total = $4.99

FREE Huggies Body Suit

huggies

I know a lot of you collect Huggies rewards and you may or may not already know about the FREE Huggies Body suit with two Snug and Dry codes!  I wasn’t aware of the promotion until one of my girlfriends brought it to my attention.  She even told me that it didn’t deduct any points from her balance when she qualified for the outfit!

I have entered some Snug and Dry codes but it doesn’t look like the big boxes from Amazon are the correct codes.  I guess I will try out the codes from the jumbo packs when I eventually have to open some!  We are going on 3 months now without buying diapers!  Yippee :)

rite aid

So while my Mother in Law was over today I was able to run to Rite Aid and get some of the deals since this week is a beautiful week to be a Rite Aid shopper!  Of course I didn’t get everything I wanted because they were sold out already but some is better than none!

There is also a diaper deal if you are in need of some!  I figured it was an OK week to try out the Rite Aid brand diapers since I know I will run out of diapers eventually!  $6 each pack is right on my limit of being too expensive for a jumbo pack of diapers but I had some UP rewards from the previous week to burn so I might as well spend them on something practical!

Tugaboo Jumbo Packs $8.99
Buy 2 packs $17.98
Get $4 UP reward

Huggies Wipes Deal at Kroger Gets Better!! .19 EACH!!!

huggies wipes

Sam took what I had reported about the wipes and totally found a better deal!!  I am glad I have a few more wipes coupons left so I can go back and grab the cheap wipes this time!

She found these smaller packages- which are 64 count- for $1.99 and .99 after the buy 5 get $5 off sale!  Her transaction was as follows:

5 Huggies Wipes
Used (4) .50 coupons from 6/12 SS (-3.96)
Used .75 coupon (-.99)
Final Total = FREE

Technically the cashier made a mistake in her favor because only 3 of those .50 coupons should have doubled.  Cashiers are all a big variable because they don’t all pay attention.  In this case it was a great thing for Sam!

If you didn’t have the .75 coupon or even if your store wouldn’t double the .75 coupon here is what a typical transaction that you would probably get at Kroger.

5 Huggies Soft Packs $1.99
-$5 for buying 5 bringing them to .99 (4.95)
Use (5) .50 coupons from 6/12 SS (-4)
Final Total = .95 for all 5 or .19 each!!

Hot Huggies Deal at Kroger Until 6/26/11! (.69 Wipes)

kroger sale

Now until 6/26/11 you can score a great deal on Huggies wipes and an OK deal on Huggies jumbo pack diapers.  Kroger is running the buy 5 products and get $5 off instantly at checkout sale right now.  Mix and match depending on what you need but .49 for wipes is a beautiful deal and better than the Meijer deal I told you about because it is less complicated to get the good deal.

Huggies Jumbo Diapers $7.89
Use $2 coupon from 6/12 SS
Final Total = $5.89 each

Huggies Wipes $1.49
Use .50 coupon from 6/12 SS
Final Total = .49 each

Personally I am pretty stocked on diapers and $5.89 is still too high for me to pay.  So I bought 5 packs of wipes!

5 Huggies Wipes $7.45
Use (5) .50 coupons (only 3 will double)
Final Total = $3.45 or .69 each!!

Best Diaper Deals This Week: Meijer, Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, Target

Here are the best diaper deals that I have found for this week!  Obviously the lowest price is at Walgreens and that Infant Book is just not in the stores anymore!  If you want to try you can see if your Manager knows if they have some or ask if you can use the coupon code without the physical coupon.  Walgreens stores just throw away the Walgreens coupons that we use so it is pointless to clip them when they are perfectly fine with scanning them from where ever.  (the things you wish they’d tell you right??)

If you need the code let me know and I will go find it for you but it’s 4am and I am just not that motivated right now. :)

My Favorite Meijer Deals 6/12 (Huggies Deal!!!)

Meijer Tip:

  • If you are shopping at Meijer you should know about the mPerks electronic coupon program as well as their mealbox coupon program.  You can find mealbox coupons through this link.  Mealbox coupons can be stacked with regular manufacturer coupons and there isn’t a limit on how many you can use per transaction.  Mealbox coupons are printable and can’t be combined with the mPerks coupons.
  • You can sign up for Meijer’s digital coupons, mPerks, through this link.  These will be connected to your mobile phone and you just input your number at checkout.  You do have a limit of 80 digital coupons that you can load so I wouldn’t go through and add every couponthey are offering.  They even offer coupons on produce so you can get some fresh veggies at a discount!  Be sure to check in every Monday because they refresh coupons weekly to remove the expired ones and add new ones.

Page 12

I really hope you guys either still have Huggies coupons left or have some way of getting some!  I personally have taken advantage of diaper deals for the past 3 weeks or so and am not as lucky but I just might arrange something but it won’t be as sweet as $2.22 or $1.97 each package.

This week at Rite Aid you can spend $30 on Kimberly Clark products and get a $10 UP reward!  Of course I am going to build this scenario using only diapers though.  Now if you wait to do this transaction until the June Video Values pop up you can get an additional $1 off this scenario because there is coupon for $1 off Huggies which drops everything down to $1.97 EACH!!!

Huggies jumbo packs are $8.97 and Little Swimmers are $6.97 this week.

Scenario!

(2) Huggies Jumbo Packs $17.94
(2) Huggies Swimmers $13.94
Use (2) $2 Swimmers coupons from 5/15 SS
Use (2) $3 printable coupons for Huggies

Scenario with $3/15 coupon

My Favorite Walgreens Deals 5/22 ($2.99 Little Swimmers!)

  • I recommend printing out the Walgreens Coupon Policy and taking it with you

Rite Aid Diaper Deal This Week ($3 Huggies & $2.33 Swimmers)

rite aid diaper deal

So this week is the week for diapers if you are in need!  Not to mention that there were tons of Huggies coupons in the paper too.  I spent $10.10 for everything pictured above and netted $5 to go back for the rest of my Rite Aid deals this week.

I broke it up into two transactions so I could use two $3/15 surveys I had.  The $3/15 coupon really helped lower my diaper cost!  It brought down my diapers to $3.50 a package ($3 each with the printable) and my swimmers $2.33 each!  If you don’t have the survey coupon then you will pay $4.50 and $3.33 for the two kinds.

If I hadn’t just used my $3 printable Huggies coupons at Walgreens I would have gotten them for .50 cheaper each package too.  Bummer because the deal is better at Rite Aid because of their additional coupon for the survey.

Transaction 1

2 Huggies Pure & Natural $20
Used (2) $2.50 coupons -$5

3 Little Swimmers $21
Use $3/15 survey coupon
Used (3) $2 coupons from 5/15
Paid with $5 +Up rewards from #1

Walgreens Freebies & Deals 5/15 ($4.50 Huggies)

Don’t forget to print the coupon policy to take with you this week!  Walgreens Coupon Policy

It clearly states in the policy that no overage will be given on items.  Using the scotch tape as an example: you could technically use 3 $1 printables BUT what is the point when using 2 gets you all 3 for free and they won’t give you the $1 overage from the third printable?  Don’t be a pain in the tush and try something that is against the rules.

EXPIRED- $2.98 for Huggies Jean Diapers (size 4) SHIPPED!

UPDATE: Orders, including mine, have been cancelled because they ran out of the promotional item.  I guess we took them by surprise!  That’s too bad because I won’t buy these because they are more expensive than the other diapers!

ANOTHER Huggies Jeans diaper sale!  This one is on Medco’s site and they are priced at $1.99.  This is a sweeter deal because shipping is only .99!  So ordering from this site gets you diapers for $2.98 shipped!  A MUCH better deal!

There isn’t any cash back program with this company so just shop through this link!

***It is being reported widely that there is a $2 Pampers coupon in the Walgreen’s Infant coupon book, found in stores.  I personally have this book and see the coupon but it looks more that an actual manufacturer coupon than the store’s coupon.  If you are taking advantage of this deal prepare for a cashier to question the coupon.  I would be sure to take a printed copy of the coupon policy with you.  For Walgreen’s coupons you only need 1 per transaction and it will deduct the $2 for both packages of diapers for a total deduction of $4.  This would then make the diapers $4 a pack which is a great price.

Walgreen’s Brand Diaper Deal This Week ($1.99 Jumbo Packs)

This week when you buy $25 worth of Walgreen’s brand items you will get a $10 rebate form that prints out at the register.  This is going to really help with scoring some diapers for really cheap!

The jumbo packs of Walgreen’s diapers are on sale for $5.99 and the Infant Coupon Book is still in the stores so you can use one of the $2 coupons to deduct $2 from each package.  Make sure you look all around the store if you can’t find the coupon books.  You could ask an employee where they are but I have found that sometimes doesn’t work if you don’t ask the right person!

Even if you forget to submit the rebate because it does happen, the diapers will still be $3.99 a pack which will help tide you over until another sale pops up.

  • Buy 5 jumbo packs @ $5.99 ($29.95)
    • Use $2 Walgreen’s coupon from Infant Book ( -$10)
    • Pay $19.95 out of pocket
    • Submit for the $10 rebate
      • Final Total = $1.99 for each package or $9.95 total!
